'Maybe this will lead me to the surface,' the Bookman Helper thought with a frown; that wasn't her aim. Despite that she decided that it would be better to find out where exactly that passage ended, than turning back and spite all her efforts up until now.

Kuchiha rushed towards the light like a циганче към захарен памук. She was eager to find out what was there, hoping that it wouldn't be the exit or the place where she had started from.

When she finally reached the end of the tunnel, there was a small crack trough witch the light was penetrating the dark narrow passage. On the other side of the crack there seamed to be a spacious chamber that went for as far as she could see in any direction, its floor covered in golden sand which had created forms like small mountains under holes in the ceiling of the chamber from where moonlight was coming in.

'It's night already, huh?' 'Sandra' scratched her head. Walking on the sand would've been troublesome, but she needed to get as further as she could in the room. The blackhead sighed and walked over the crack. As soon as she stepped on the sand, she clutched an erected (>.> perv) part of the stone wall near the entrance, so as to not experience an unpleasant surprise.

But the sand she stepped on seamed quite reliable and there was no need to hold to the wall.

Kuchiha let go and began stepping ahead carefully, checking the places where she was about to put her foot with her toe (of the foot). The blackhead wasn't moving to fast, not wanting to cause unwanted trouble for herself, like falling in a pit, or something like that.

As the girl as moving forward slowly and steadily, she heard some noises coming from th passage she had entered trough.

'Uh-oh,' Kuchiha decided it was high time she quit the games and she turned the pacing into a frantic dash towards the other side of the sand, covered hall, though she was still trying to be careful even as she was running as fast as she could.

But to her lck 'trying' wasn't enough and in her rush she realized too late when her feet sank together with some of the sand around them and she fell down trough a hole in the sand-covered floor.

Kuchiha had time only to close her eyes and mouth happy that the bandages would prevent the sand entering it. The Yoshina girl decided not to struggle, for she knew that usually it only made things worse. If she moved, she would cause more sand to overwhelm her and the blackhead most certainly didn't want that so she waited her destiny with a calm composure.

No too long afterwards she felt the harsh crash with the ground underneath, getting covered from the still falling sand. The place was small nd dark, surprisingly moist to be located under a desert. The darkness around sallowed everything and nothing could be seen. Only a few strange rays of light penetrated it from a few small holes in a wall that was to her right.

Kuchiha shook her head violently, trying to get the sand particles to fall off her dark hair. She stroke her hair with her hand once, and finally opened her eyes and mouth, inhaling the oxygen. The Bookman Helper stopped herself from coughing, as to not cause more unwanted noise. She directed her purple gaze to the wall from her right and crept towards it four legged. She pressed her palms on the stone wall groping her way along it, while trying to find a way to penetrate it.

Unexpectedly the wall crumbled under her hands and she fell forward, getting almost buried under the remains of it.

The young Bookman Helper immediately jumped on her feet, pushing the rubble off her, her purple gaze beheld the room before her, searching for every little sign of danger or something strange.

And a strange thing was exactly what she saw.
There, in the middle of what was a small chamber with fading decorations on the walls and leftovers of what seamed to have been curtains stood shining in bright light an Innocence, completely showing off its beauty in front of her eyes. The soft greenish light that emerged from the piece of Goldy matter illuminated the girl's entire body as well as it did with the rest of the room, since there was no other possible way for light to reach so far under the surface of the ground.

The blackhead for a moment just stood there, taking in all the information she saw with her own eyes. If it weren't for the bandages, it would've been evident that the girl's mouth was open, her purple eyes illuminated by the light from the Innocence, no longer an empty look in them, but one of amazement and astonishment. She shook her head, took off her bag and snatched her book and a pencil from it. She opened it and started drawing the room, every little detail. Even though the Yoshina girl wasn't a Da Vinchi, she could make quite a good composite sketch of what she beheld; she made a seperate one of the fragment itself. When she was finished, she put back her things in her back-pack and put it on yet again. Kuchiha dared not go near the Innocence fragment; 'After all, I'm just an observer, I exist only to record,' thought the young woman. She looked around the room and her gaze fell upon the hole she had made in the wall, while trying to get in.
'Wait a minute,' her brows furrowed, 'one of the Finders said he had found the Innocence, but I was the first one to enter through there, so another path must exist!'
The Bookman Helper was happy that there was so much light in the chamber, because it would help her in her search for the exit. She started walking cautiously around the room, looking for another way out of it.

Her eyes had just landed on a small path, almost hidden by the leftovers of the curtains that were around, when she suddenly felt something cold pressed against her neck an herd an unfamiliar male voice:
"Who are you and what do you think you're doing here?"

"Humpf," the blackhead gave everything she got to keep herself calm, not wanting to loose her life just yet. Her tone was even and cold when she said "Why should I tell you? I have to ask you the same question."
'Keep calm, steady now,' Kuchiha slightly turned her head in the opposite direction from where the cold thing was pressed next to her neck, her purple eyes searching for the male's face.

"You are in no position to demand answers," the voice sounded irritated and as she turned she could see the face of the man behind her. He didn't look much older than her - only a couple of years, maybe. His hear was a dark color, almost black and it was taken back in a high ponytail. A few bangs were situated in front of his face, almost reaching his eyes and two longer tresses - one on either side of his face - reached around the middle of his chest. "Now if you value your life, talk."

"No one can reveal Bookman's information, except for Bookman himself," simply stated Kuchiha, looking at the man in the eye with a calm expression, while trying to figure out what side he was on by the looks of him (weapon, clothes, etc.). The girl was most irritated by the situation she was in, but there was no escaping it, not for now, that is.

"Bookman eh? Che, figures why you asked so many questions," He withdrew his weapon - a dark, deadly katana, and put it back into its holster. She could clearly see the symbol of the Black Order on the left side of his top. "Do whatever you wish then, just don't get in my way." with those words, he passed her and went towards the Innocence.

"An Exorcist, huh?" mumbled the Bookman Helper quietly while backing off to a wall. Her expression of complete calmness didn't change through the whole time.
'I should act professional, not letting emotions to cloud my mind or actions... Like I did earlier,' she gritted her teeth unnoticeable to anyone else but her and when her back leaned on the wall, she sat down, her legs crossed lotus-style. Kuchiha observed the actions of the man, wanting to see what he was doing and how he would retrieve the Innocence.

The man didn't pay any attention to her, just went closer to the Innocence, moving carefully as if expecting something dangerous to happen. The danger didn't come from the Godly matter, though. Just as he was moving slowly towards it, suddenly the entire place started to tremble as the ceiling above them started crumbling and big pieces of it fell above their heads.

"Quit fooling around and take the d*mned thing already, you mendokuse swordsman!" Kuchiha's patience was beginning to disappear, that showing in the use of her native language in her last three words. Ever since she came here there wasn't a good thing that had happened to her. Starting from the two dead Finders to her abrupt meeting with the Exorcist. The Bookman Helper had already jumped to her feet and was heaing towards the exit, but she needed to see whether the man would encounter any difficulties when taking the Godly Fragment.
