How much exp gained is determined? and What is so special about some classes?

What determines that amount of experience that one gets from completing a mission?

Also, what makes classes like Finders and Bookmen special enough for people to want to be them? I am a little iffy about why anyone would want to be a finder, as they simply "find" stuff for the exorcists and prepare the scene for exorcist actions. Bookmen - learning stuff helps with what? Supporter - what can they do to help, other than give funds and the like. Scientists - what makes them so special?

Тhe exp you gain is based on your RP skills - if they suck, then you won't get much experience. The narrator carefully follows your actions and if they have some sense and stuff like that.
