Erin was stunned by the food, but soon smiled and slowly devoured everything as she picked the next book that was Culture over the years.

Groaning and rolling her eyes, she read the parts about england and asia very quickly. it was exactly the same. EXACTLY!

Though, reading the culture of the north made Erin smile. But reading the small notes of sweden made her frown slightly and speeded on.

but she was really interested about the culture of the souther parts. She laughed a little as she could recall that people first thought that africans were monsters. She had never believed in that, and it had never been true.

Eating on her food, she looked out to see what time it was as she closed the book to her newly read mind. (Haha XD sounds funny. )

Erin pouted at all her food was now gone, and searched for something to drink as she grabbed an old book with the text "Progresses and Technical developments" on it. Smiling as she always had liked science, she spened the book.

Suprised she noticed the book was actually very new, even of it's looks.

And the first story was actually not so old. Reading trough the book she noticed that most things in here was pretty recent things.

Erin sighed and absentminded went to the clothing of the book. It did look really torn. Probably did the scientists use it alot... >>

After another hour or so the little book was read, and the room was refilled with food again.

Erin smiled and nearly glomped Mick. Thanking for the food she asked him if he possible could come with hot coffe with alot of sugar next time, as she began to eat while taking the next book about human psycology.

Smiling an devious grin she opened the book and began reading. This was her absolute favourite subject.

And it was a fairly new book. Smiling she got through the basics - that she already knew most of. But in the later chapters she found herself having hard to concentrate.

The doctor writing this book must have not been born in any englishspeaking country. There was tons of typos everywhere. She almost found herself correcting him.

Shaking her head shedid her best to nat fall asleep. After this book she should take a shower to wake up herself... But it had clearly been over 24 hours before she last had slept xD

With a smile she put away the book. Not carying to take a new one she moved to her bathroom, got undressed and took a nice, but short, cold shower.

Getting out of the cold sphere, the now very warm air hit her. With a smile she rinsed her face and wrapped a towel around her body.

Sitting back to her bed she didn't care to get dressed. If anyone would come it would just be mick. And like he would really care.

The nest book she took was about US and it's fight for freedom.

Tiredly, but with new energy, she read through everything. But even after the last chapter she could never understand why there had to be so many states. Couldn't they just split it into countries? >__>;;;

The book was now in her head. But being in a towel for so long wasn't such a good idea. Mick did come like always to deliver food, only that... he just got a nose bleed by the sight of Erin being in only a towel.
- SORRYSORRYSORRY!!!!
And he left the room with a blush on his face. From this time on, he would knock XD.

(( Rofl XD ))

Erin looked as Mick left and felt a bit stupid, but then laughed at his face and decided to still stay in towel. if she just could read she maybe could create some bloodloss.

But not wanting to cause too much troubble, she snuggled into her covers and took the next one on her list - The story of a mankind.

Reading through it, it wasn't just about one. It was about people all over the world and theories of how they ended where they was.

Drinking the coffe she had got, Erin felt the sugar replace her head and give her some energy xD.

(( Sorry XD A bit busy day packin' x'D ))

Erin smiled and went for the next book with the title "The Discoverers: Man’s Search to Know His World..."

Sighing, she rolled her eyes and just flickered through the book. Indeed did it just have things she had read before.

But with a sigh she began readig. It was about transports that people had used through the time. Sighing Erin sank deeper into the book. Didn't they invent something called car now?

((Haha xD sorry. Short post this time >> ))

(( I know~ Sorry xD. This one shall be longer. *Is not in the mood to actually write =_=;* Blame wars, I say. ))

Erin smiled and got to the next book. Smiling she put the old one back. She then went to get some food.

When she was taking this pause and eating, she realized how tired she was. Trying to shake it away, it quite failed. Instead she just left the food half eaten, walked to the bathroom and washed her face with icecold water.

Shaking from the cold sensation, she walked back to her bed, as she realized she still just had her towel. Blushing slightly that she havn't even remembered that, she hurried to get dressed.

Having her shirt slightly loose and unbuttoned, she got back to snuggle in her covers, as she reached out for the next book.

But instead shetripped over the covers and fell to the floor with nose first.

being back in the bathroom to wash the blood away, Erin cursed a little and watched her sore nose. It was brobably nothing serious.

Being quite irritated with her state of her nose, she got back to take the next book; "The Mapmakers".

The book was interesting, and serveral chapters was even about how to make maps. With a smile she read through it. All their teqnuikes to see distances.

But it had a connection to art - something she rather not sat and made. But still she put all the information in her tired head.

But half through the book, she felt how she almost drifted to sleep. Hitting her head (but carefull to not hit her nose XD) hard in the wall, she felt how her conciousness came back enough for her to continue - with a headache xD

Erin smiled and put the book away, as she took the new one about The ancient Marines. But the first side was probably just basic fact about Marines - or sailors that go under the same name.

"A sailor or mariner is a person who navigates water-borne vessels or assists in their operation, maintenance, or service. The term can apply to professional mariners, military personnel, and recreational sailors as well as a plethora of other uses. Etymologically, the name preserves the memory of the time when ships were commonly powered by sails, but applies to the personnel of all vessels, whatever their mode of locomotion.

Professional mariners hold a variety of professions and ranks which are fairly standard, with the exception of slight naming differences around the world. Common categories by department include the Deck department, the Engineering department, and the Steward's department. Mariners can also be categorized by status as a senior licensed mariners or unlicensed mariners.

A number of professional mariners have left the industry and lead noteworthy lives in the naval services or on the shore. For example, Arthur Phillip joined the Merchant Navy in 1751 and 37 years later founded Sydney, Australia. "

Erin smiled and walked to the food to get something to eat, as she got the next book that was pretty thin.

"Oars, Sails and Steam: A Picture Book of Ships"

Opening the book, she looked at the pictures inside o:

Erin smiled and threw the last one away, as she took the new one; Wheels: A Pictorial History.

"A wheel is a circular device that is capable of rotating on its axis, facilitating movement or transportation whilst supporting a load (mass), or performing labour in machines. A wheel, together with an axle overcomes friction by facilitating motion by rolling. In order for wheels to rotate, a moment needs to be applied to the wheel about its axis, either by way of gravity, or by application of another external force. Common examples are found in transport applications. More generally the term is also used for other circular objects that rotate or turn, such as a Ship's wheel, steering wheel and flywheel."

Erin sighed and put the other book away. She felt how her headache increased - the backsides with being concentrated to long, and smiled a little when the next book; Stories of Great Americans for Little Americans, seemed to be for children.

And she had right. She did of course roll her eyes a little when she read texts she had read too many times, but it worked.

it was some basic geography, and some stories about each city. Erin smiled as histories about each cities was often very rare. And even if the book was light it was much to go through.

But Erin frowned a bit as they didn't write about the bad things with Amerika. Sighing Erin knew they would one day make a great war. ( >> Bush*COUGHCOUGH* (No offence xD sowwies!) )

Erin smiled as she picked the next book; "Mesopotamia and the Fertile Crescent" And flickered through the first chapters that was about basic info of the area xD

"Mesopotamia, "the land between the rivers," was the ancient Greek name for the triangular area between the Tigris and Euphrates rivers that stretched northward from a point a little above modern Baghdad to the mountains of Armenia. In modern usage, however, in reference to antiquity, the term Mesopotamia refers to most of what is now Iraq. This broader definition--the one used here--adds to the original territory the land east of the Tigris (ancient ASSYRIA) and the lower Tigris-Euphrates Valley from Baghdad to the Persian Gulf (ancient BABYLONIA).

Some parts of Mesopotamia were sparsely inhabited--and others not at all--until after about 8000 BC, when the domestication of plants and animals brought about an agricultural revolution. This key step in the development of human civilization made possible an increased food supply and an accompanying growth of population and allowed nomads and cave dwellers to become farmers and herders. People began to move down from the mountains to the grassy uplands and well-watered plains of northern Mesopotamia. By 6000 BC primitive villages stretched from Assyria along a fertile strip just below the Armenian hills to the Euphrates River and beyond.

Later, about 5000 BC, the occupation of the lower valley (Babylonia) was begun by people who started at the Persian Gulf and gradually moved upriver. Because of inadequate rainfall the inhabitants of the lower valley had to resort to irrigation in order to farm the land. Irrigation required a highly organized governmental structure to mobilize and direct the efforts of the workers. At the same time, a lack of stone, wood, metals, and other commodities led the people of the southern valley to develop industry in order to produce goods that could be traded for the materials needed and to develop an extensive trade with the outside world. The southern valley's more complex economy, coupled with its more productive agriculture, induced a more sizable increase in population and brought the rise of large villages, even cities. Thus by 3100 BC civilization may be said to have begun in southern Mesopotamia, the area called SUMER."
