Ethiopia, officially the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, lies on the Horn of Africa, which is the eastern-most part of the African landmass. Bordering Ethiopia is Sudan to the west, Djibouti and Eritrea to the north, Somalia to the east, and Kenya to the south. Within Ethiopia is a massive highland complex of mountains and dissected plateaus divided by the Great Rift Valley, which runs generally southwest to northeast and is surrounded by lowlands, steppes, or semi-desert. The great diversity of terrain determines wide variations in climate, soils, natural vegetation, and settlement patterns.
Ethiopia is one of the oldest nations in the world and Africa's second-most populous nation. It has yielded some of the oldest traces of humanity, making it an important area in the history of human evolution.

Erin got off the train and the first thing she did was to look in the surroundings. She've never been here, and somehow she reminded of a child being in a shop filled with candy.
Holding her bag she looked behind her shoulder to see if Tetsudai still was there. Half of her wanted to run around at the platform and dance, the other half actually was quite scared. But her excitment was greater then those feelings.
"You coming?" was the only sentence her brain managed to create while taking in everything and holding down her excitment.

The finder walked after her and said with a calm voice.
- You don't have to rush... Why not first look around and then ask someone about what you don't know yet.

She nodded, but she couldn't help she wanted to explore this new county~! All she've seen have been trainstations down to the headquaters.
"Sure~ And it must be some kind of coffe-house or coffe-store, if there is we can always ask them. Or what do you say?~" She smiled and looked around. Just the new atmosphere made her want to explore. Though, it's better to be carefull in a new area. Somehow you can never know where you'll end, and in the worst case you can get lost. Even though, so long as the train station won't disapear you can always find a way to get back.

- Well this is your test, so you're in charge. Whatever you think would be best, I'll follow. - said Tetsudai. - I say we go for it...

Erin nodded and smiled, a nervous feeling bubbling up in her stomach. Though, being nervous is actually a possetive thing, so she smiled and looked around. "I think we should follow this street and see if we can find a coffeshop" She looked and Tetsudai still smiling, but now looking more serious.

Soon they reached the center of the town. There were tons of shops. Every second shop was about coffee. Some of them were selling it, others were making special coffee infront of the customers, and even shop, that had a lable of "Everything about COFFEE"...

Erin looked at all those shops. It was almost so many you couldn't decide. But when she saw the sign -Everything about coffe-, she looked at Tetsudai and nodded.
"Should we try this one? I think it will have our, or my answers" She looked at Tetsudai. It felt weird to say 'my', but she supposed it was the better alternative, and walked towards the store. Though, it was some kind of feeling hiding under her stomach, an unpleasant one, though, it was way to weak for her to 'put her finger on it' and ignored it instead. It was brobably that she was nervous.

Inside the shop a happy man greated her. When he looked at her from head to toes, he smiled even more.
- Oh, welcome, welcome, welcome. What brings you to my humble little store. Can I interest you in something about coffee and how is it that it is what it is now?

Erin smiled when she shopkeeper seemed to be a nice person. "Well yes. I'm a traveler and making a reshearch about coffe, and I'm wondering if you maybe can help me?" She looked at him with a curious eye.

-Aaaaaaah. Then you most certainly be intereated to know about how coffee came to be in it's current state that we know. Weeeeeell after the coffee beans are ready... uhm... how shall I say that... I can see you are a smart girl, so I'll say it as it is supposed to be said... There are two methods of coffee processing. After picking, most high quality coffee growers utilize the washed method to remove the green coffee from the coffee cherry. From soaking, pulping, fermenting, rinsing, sun drying, hulling and grading, the washed method provides many opportunities to select for highest quality. The other and more commonly used method is the natural (dry) method. Peet's sells both washed and natural coffees. In the natural method of processing, the coffee cherries are picked and then simply laid on the ground to dry in the sun. This slow drying of the fruit takes from three to four weeks; then the fruit is hulled off the green beans using grinding stones or more modern equipment. Due to variations in weather and microorganisms that can grow in the pulp, the natural method tends to produce lower quality and less consistent tasting coffee. However, the finest natural method coffees are equal in quality to the finest washed coffees. Sumatra and Yemen are two countries that produce excellent natural method coffees... And that is how the coffee you see, came to be (yay! i made a rhyme ^^) Are there any other subjects that you want to unrafvel their secrets???

(Yaaai X3)

Erin nodded and scribbled in everything in her notebook. "Thanks~" Nodding and smiling, she read though everything before looking at him. "Hmm... Yes, there is a question. Does the coffe have any history, like, who found out about coffe and how it became famous in europe and in the rest of the world? Or is it still hidden behind mysteries?" She curiously and with a deep interest asked ans looked at the man. Somehow she loved to get new information and to learn about new things. Maybe that's why she always aimed for becoming a bookmanhelper?

- Hmmmm... who found it... well... Coffee use can be traced at least to as early as the 9th century, when it appeared in the highlands of Ethiopia. According to legend, Ethiopian shepherds were the first to observe the influence of the caffeine in coffee beans when the goats appeared to "dance" and to have an increased level of energy after consuming wild coffee berries. How about an answer like this one? Is it enough?

Erin scribbled that down too and smiled. "Thanks~♥" She read through everything now and had to see if it was anything more she needed to know. She had alot information about the charastics of the coffe, how you "make" the coffe, and also about the history, or what she could get, of the coffe. Biting her thumbnail she thought of what more she would need. Not being able to think of anything more, she smiled and looked at the shopkeeper. "As far as I knows now, I guess this is all i can think of. Or what do you say Tetsudai-kun?" She turned to Tetsudai to see if he had any opinions, though, she knew he wouldn't say anything, but somehow it just felt better to ask to make sure.

- Well - he began as he scratched his head - I think we were finally able get the information we needed to get. Now we know how it was originally found and we can head back to headquarters. Though... if I remember correctly... didn't that little girl named Milly say something like this...?

Erin looked at him and first wondered what he was talking about. 'What Milly?' She thought for herself. Then she remembered the little girl and nodded. 'Yeah, she've said "Coffe makes sheep happy"', though, she had thought she called the woman sheep. "Yeah, the girl acutally did!" She laughed a little for herself. The little girl sure was smart for that age. Still smiling, she nodded. "Alright, then we should head back to the headquaters, should we?" Thinking of going back to the headquarters somehow made her a bit nervous. Though, everyone would be quite nervous if they were doing a test.

(( =W= i'll make things a little more easier to read. Her thoughts will be showned with cursive text, and when she's talking i'll make it bold. x'D Hopefully that'll make some things easier =w=))
