Obtaining experience is easy. All you have to do after you "graduate" from the Academy, you'll be able to go on missions. If the mission is succesful, you'll get money and exp. If the mission fails, you'll get only experience for what you have done until failing. Experience can also be obtained when you train. All you have to do is train as much as you can, and depending on how you've been retelling the actions of your character, you recive exp plus bonus on statistics.
