Since up until now Finders and Supporters (and Bookmen, if they are on the side of the Black Order) have been completely defenseless against Akuma, the creation of this system has become a pressing matter. To determine the strength of one’s Talisman the following equations are introduced:

Talisman Strength = the strength of its wielder + the wielder’s will / 2

TStr = str + w / 2

Talisman Speed (the speed at which it captures an Akuma) = the stamina of its wielder / 2 + the wielder’s will

TSp = st + w / 2

The above equations define the time you’ll be able to hold an Akuma in its prison. When you raise a level, the ability to control your Talisman also becomes better, but the time one can hold the demon in the light prison also is determined based on one’s RP skills. And the ability of the Akuma to escape from the Talisman will be determined by their strength - if it's greater than the device's, they'll break free quite easily. Also if the demon is faster than the Talisman, it won't get caught.
We’ve decided that the Talismans clearly aren’t enough for protection so this innovation has been made for the Order’s allies. I proudly present you the Artificial Innocence (AI)! The AI is in fact compressed Innocence energy, put in a special capsule, providing non-compatibles the option to fight with Innocence against Akuma. It can not last for ever so it needs recharging occasionally but this is done annually.
There are three types of AI – close ranged, middle ranged and long ranged. The close ranged type is a dagger, in which handle the capsule with the compressed Innocence energy is located. It looks like this.
The middle range type is a whip, which looks like this. As you can see, the capsule is held in the handle, while at the weapon’s end is the place where most of the Innocence energy is located and it is the most dangerous part of the whip for the Akuma and Noah.
The long ranged AI is a revolver with five nests in its drum. The capsule is located in the middle of the drum so it provides the specially made bullets with energy. At the beginning each Finder/Bookman/Supporter is provided with a box of twenty bullets for free, but after they’ve used all of them, in order to continue to use their AI, they need to get a new box from the Supervisor, or somebody from the Science Department. A wielder of such AI is allowed to have only one box of twenty bullets until he/she has run out of all of them, except for extreme or special situations. Here are the equations that will determine the ability of your AI, which are, of course, based on the wielder’s own statistics:

AI Strenght (as a whole) = (wielder’s stamina + wielder’s strength + wielder’s will) / 2

AIStr = (st + str + w) / 2

Long Ranged AI’s accuracy = wielder’s heath + intelligence / 2

LRAIA = h + int / 2

Middle Ranged AI’s accuracy and force = wielder’s (health + intelligence) / 2 +(stamina + intelligence) / 2

MRAIA&F = (h + int) / 2 + (st + int) / 2

Close Ranged AI’s Force = wielder’s health / 2 + wielder's stamina

CRAIF = h \ 2 + st

In order to get such a weapon, you have to go to Komui and ask him to give you one of the three. Note that you can have only ONE. Why need to ask him? Because before you start your adventure as a finder or anything, you have to go through the Academy. I doubt that Komui is crazy enough to give away such weapons to people, who still aren't part of his 'staff'...

Bookman Helpers' Special Training

Every bookman helper has to know what and how to do things. That is why there will be a special training for them all - on the side of the Black Order and Earl. So what is this all about?
As you all know a bookman helper has GA or Gathering Ability, which is the sum of both Will and Knowledge. They must have above 50% to be allowed to go on Gathering Information Missions or GIM. Also, since they have the task to record every event in the name of History, they must know the basic of it. That is why they will have to take a special training, consisting of two parts: theory, or learning the basis of history, and practice, which will improve the ability to take records of events all over the world.

Theory
Every Bookman Helper will be obliged to read 55 books, written down on a list. This list of books will be given after the BH has gone through at least ONE mission. He or she will have to read the books in one month's time, or about that in real life. Don't worry! No one's going to kill you if you are late... Only panda-man will...

Practice
After the first part is completed, the BH will be taken to a 'world trip', guided by a skilled Bookman Helper. He or she will teach the apprentice everything that is to know and in the end will look through the hard work of his or her student. Then he will be given approval or critical points, depending on just how good has the student been.

This will be the first training. Later there will be more, but with the same basic structure.

When a Bookman Helper increases his or her lever
(not the level gained from experience)
The formula for calculating their Gathering Ability will change into (K+W)/2
Why you ask? Ever heard of the saying 'the more I know, the more I know that I don't know'? If not, let me explain it to you all. The special training will give a bookman helper more knowledge on what and how or when to look for to actually get a report or even record an event. The more points you have to fulfill will make it harder for one to observe, the less you'll be good at your GA. That way you will never get over 100% GA. I personally can't picture someone with a GA of 325%... he would be better that Bookman himself!
To recapitulate:
With each level, it would be harder and harder to better your Gathering Ability.
In official level one, the formula for GA will be (K+W)/2
For level two - (K+W)/3
etc

Hey! Here's the new Supporter system! It's nothing that big, but it makes clear what the privilegues of being a Supporter are. So if you are fond of controlling groups of people and embark stealth missions, feel free to become a Supporter.

1st level Supporter is commanded and is part of a bigger group of Supporters. The Supporters does anything his/her superiors order.

2nd level Supporters are given the opportunity to command two people and are allowed to give them orders, but still not overlook orders given to them by their higher-ups.

3rd level Supporters can command a group of four people and the number of people is raised in the following manner for the other levels:

4th lvl – 6 people
5th lvl – 8 people
6th lvl – 10 people
7th lvl – 12 people

And the number of people is raised by two for every level.

If your character is a Supporter and is e.g. 10th level and has failed a very important mission or has lost more than half of his subordinates in action, he is automatically decreased to a lower level. He is entrusted with less important missions; the higher-ups don’t trust him as much as they did before.
The controlling of lager groups of people gives the opportunity for the head of the group to help as much as possible and if he takes wise decisions he would be given his reward. The job of a supporter is more stealth-like, as they need to research before they take action and ‘calculate’ carefully the outcome of their decisions.

Now I'll give you an example of a mission for a... let's say a 8th level Supporter
(he/she commands 14 people). The mission is to ensure a path for a group of Finders from one town to another and make sure they reach the Order, since they have an Innocence fragment. Let's say the Finders need to meet an Exorcist half way, you must ensure they meet without any problems at a peaceful place, that has previously secured by you and your subbordinates. So in short you need to explore all ways to get from one town to the other, clarify which one is the best and more safe and arrange transport if needed. If Akuma happen to attack, you and your subbordinates are almost defenseless, so you need to be careful not to draw too much attention towards your deeds. If your task is finished successfully, you get your payment doubled, because you would have most certainly spent a lot of your own money for transportation, food, bribes (if needed), etc.

Well, the admin trio hopes you find this new system helpful if you have chosen or plan to take the path of a Supporter of the Black Order.
