Seeing that the person didn’t willing to help at all she smirked and the sadistic spark was back in her ruby eyes.
“Too bad, jiji, you won’t be able to help me,” With those words she reached out her hand and turned it into a cannon, shooting towards the man before he could reach the offensive knife.

'Well, back to the search,' turning from the dust-filled bed the redhead went back out into the snow and surrounded the hut, looking around it. the smirk stayed on her face as she continued enjoying the scenery and wondering if there were at least small villages around here...

'Well... At least there are no more trees,' the Akuma sweatdropped, but with a slight sigh she continued making her way forward trough the fluffy white snow. This place was so much more comfortable that the dark and gloomy passages and she felt like it gave her more strength to continue forward. Besides, she'd never let the snow kill her two times. 'Now, all that's left to find is a village... Where could that be?' For yet another time she looked around, wondering if there's be anything but the beautiful white scenery.

A wild hare crossed her path, looking stupidly innocent at her and then continued its way through the deep snow. Suddenly a big snowstorm started, bending whatever trees there were around the Akuma. She could see a big sillouet of something in the distance, but couldn't tell what exactly.

'Well it's better than nothing,' Akai thought to herself, as she was struggling against the storm, trying to get to that silhouette before her and the weather wasn't helping all that much. 'D*mn, how I hate storms, no matter what kind they are!' Despite that she stubbornly continued forward.

Her stubbornness lead her to a cave in a small and very low mountain. It was more like a hill, but since its low peak was sharp, it was considered more a mountain. The wind got heavier, the snow keen on freezing Akai if possible.

"Fine, FINE! I got you!" yelled the already irritated Akuma to the freezing wind and without taking her time she went into the cave in search for refuge until the storm was over. She wasn't planning this, but since the weather knew how to turn ba**erd on her, she had to come up with something to keep herself from turning into an cube of ice. 'I'll just continue when the storm goes away.'

The cave she entered was deep and offered sufficient shelter however the snowstorm was only getting worse.

'I guess I'm stuck here,' the redhead sat back down and looked out at the storm with annoyance. 'Like hell am I going out there to turn into a real-sized snowman.' With that the Akuma leaned against the wall of the cave where she had settled and kept her eyes on the snow outside. 'I'd just have to wait for it to end and then continue looking for a village, I guess. How annoying.'

As the Akuma sat, the wind began slowly and steadily to blow from her both sides: outside and from the inside.

She blinked. From the inside. Oh, no! Akai slapped a hand over her face. Not again! Did she have to go trough all of the f*cking caves in this world before fate decided to have mercy on her!? Well, just sitting there and cursing her bad luck wouldn't be enough, would it? With those thoughts the Akuma stood up and looked around, trying to make out anything in the dark cave, like a place from where the wind might be coming.

What she was able to make out were the humid walls of the cave and the wind stedily blowing from somewhere in the darkness ahead. Suddenly something fell from the ceiling and the Akuma could see it was a bat... a frozen to death bat, meaning that the temperatures were gradually falling with the setting sun.

Narrowing her eyes at the dead bat, Akai snorted and muttered something about 'stupid animals', before starting to move towards the place where the wind was coming from. Doing her best to be careful, the woman moved next to one of the walls, touching it with her hand constantly.

The wind was becoming stronger, but it was no biggie. The wall was more slippery due to the ice on it, becoming thicker and thicker as she went.

The redhead moved a hand trough her hair as she continued walking. 'Why is it it always me? Just when I hope I've gotten a good mission... I have to be stuck in a cave... again. F*ck my luck!' She snorted annoyed and carefully continued walking forward. If the ice was becoming thicker on the wall, did that mean it would become thicker on the ground? Great. Just what she needed. To slip and fall. Just perfect! She could only hope that she would be able to keep her footing as she advanced towards the needed direction.

Suddenly a snowflake landed on her cheek, coming from the ceiling. This triggered the Akuma's attention and she looked up to discover a fairer place in the endless darkness, which was probably the exit.
