Crystal stumbled into her door and leaned her head against it for a few moments, closing her eyes to let the coolness of the wood wash away some of the fire that burned on her forehead.
She felt her hands against the wood before pushing it open, letting it swing open wide to reveal the inside of her room. The finder wrinkled her nose against the smell of must and dust, wincing afterwards as her head throbbed painfully.
Steel yourself. It's just a cold. Nothing's going to get better just by groaning about it.
She mentally chided herself before walking over a bit unsteadily towards her bed and sitting down. Weakly pulling off her boots, the female finder curled up over top of her thick black blanket and instantly fell asleep.
The fever still raged in her mind, making Crystal shudder as her body fought off the infections. She curled up tighter on the bed, shivering.
And in her forgetfulness, she had forgot to shut the door behind her, creating a draft.
Not a very smart thing to do when having a cold now, is it?
